Viktor Mikus

Investment Officer

Viktor founded Quantinnova in 2022 after 7 years of successful investing. Previously, he was a corporate finance analyst in Transaction Financial Engineering and Transaction Advisory Services at EY for four years. His professional journey started in the Strategy and Business Development department at Telefónica. In December 2019, Viktor was offered to join the University of Luxembourg as an external lecturer in the Sustainable Finance Master’s track. Viktor studied Business Management at ICHEC Brussels Management School in Belgium and is an alumnus of World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers. Currently, Viktor lives with his partner in Luxembourg and enjoys running, swimming, and swing-dancing.

Thomas Lempereur

Compliance Officer

Thomas’ professional expertise in Finance and Compliance is backed by almost 10 years of experience in Luxembourg fund industry and major Alternative investment fund managers. Besides his Compliance Officer role at Quatinnova, Thomas serves as a member of the Board of Directors of a Development fund and as a head of Branch of a Real Estate Asset Manager. Prior to that, Thomas made his mark in academia, studying European Business Law at University of ULCO and Management at SKEMA Business School in Lille. Currently, Thomas lives with his wife in Luxembourg and enjoys traveling and long-distance running.

Vincenzo Esposito Comas

Equity Analyst

Vincenzo joined Quantinnova in 2025 as an Equity Analyst, supporting our global long/short equity research initiatives. He brings a sharp analytical mindset and a strong foundation in both fundamental and macroeconomic analysis, with experience covering companies across diverse sectors. Prior to Quantinnova, Vincenzo gained equity analysis experience at My Finance Club, an investment intelligence startup in Milan. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Finance at Bocconi University, after graduating summa cum laude in Economics and Management. During his academic journey, Vincenzo held leadership roles in student investment organizations, including serving as Head of Finance at Starting Finance Club and Equity Research Associate at Minerva IMS. Outside of investing, he enjoys coding, cooking, and playing video games.

Kristina Panik Dudejova, CFA

Quantitative methods adviser

Kristina is a quantitative finance professional with a strong track record in developing systematic investment strategies. At Aivodot, which she co-founded, she combines deep mathematical insight with user-centered design to build next-generation tools for investment decision-making. Prior to this, Kristina spent seven years managing and developing fixed income UCITS funds at KBC Asset Management, with a focus on quantitative models and performance optimization. She holds an MSc in Banking and Finance from Ghent University, a BSc in Applied Mathematics, and is a CFA charterholder. Her work bridges data-driven investment research with intuitive solution design.

Peter Mucka

Operations Manager

Peter is responsible for all Fund and GP-wide operational matters and is a venture builder at heart. His career in Project Management has spanned nearly 10 years, occupying a variety of front office roles such as Product Architect and Business Developer at Creative Dock and Bloomreach, or more recently at MindBank and Sudolabs. He has started his career at KPMG Deal Advisory and KPMG Startup Studio. Peter studied Business Administration at City University of Seattle, and during his undergraduate years, he co-founded the university Investing Club. Peter is also the author of the public blog, Why and Actually How, where he publishes in-depth articles covering growth-oriented digital companies and comments on e-commerce industry trends.
